Terms of Service

Mawa Listing Studio is an online-only digital SaaS; no physical goods or shipping. It lets you generate listing copy, product images and short showcase reels for your own products, and export them as digital files. There is no physical product, shipping, or in-person service.

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD through Stripe.
• Each plan includes a monthly quota of rendered assets that resets on your billing date and does not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to payment, the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any product, name, logo or reference material you upload or describe. Licensing detail is in our Content License.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activity — including generating third-party trademarks, misleading claims, or unlawful content — is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

AI outputs are drafts for user review; no guarantee of sales performance, marketplace approval, or intellectual-property clearance.You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for meeting each marketplace's own listing rules before you publish. See the AI Disclaimer.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or marketplace decisions relating to your listings. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your right to use the service ends; export your assets beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Contact: support@mawatynki.shop.
